Shipping & Fees

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The exact carrier and service level is automatically selected based on your order size, weight, destination, and the shipping speed you choose at checkout for the best balance of speed and cost.

Typical shipping options you’ll see at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping – Usually UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping – UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2Day, or USPS Priority Mail Express (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping – UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, or USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

Backorders
If part of your order is on backorder, we’ll follow the preference you selected at checkout: ship available items now and the rest later (at no extra shipping cost), or hold everything for one complete shipment.

How soon will my order ship?

  • Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after placement (occasionally longer during peak periods or for very large orders).
  • Once shipped, Standard Shipping delivers in 5–8 business days (most customers receive their order in 5–7 days).

Total time from order to delivery (Standard Shipping):
6–10 business days (1–2 days processing + 5–8 days in transit).

Need it faster? Choose Expedited (2–3 days) or Overnight options at checkout for quicker delivery.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information. After this window, we may no longer be able to assist with claims or replacements.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, vacant, refusal at delivery, or any other issue outside our control, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund

To avoid these charges, please double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure someone is available to accept the package.

Return, Exchange & Refund

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Returned in its original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Free from any damage or signs of wear

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may be refused or subject to a partial refund/restocking fee at our discretion.

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • Replacements are only available for orders that have been officially approved for replacement
  • All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval.
  • If your order is undeliverable (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address provided) or refused at delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If an item is returned for any reason that is not our fault, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
